     Our maple vinegar is brewed from 100% pure Quebec maple syrup in a two-step, small batch process that ensures the consistency of the product. With its light flavour, and delicate acidity, this is an ideal product for all of your culinary adventures!  
    While most comercial bands selling maple vinegar on the market make their vinegars by simply adding maple syrup to vinegar to give it a maple flavour, the vinegar we present to you is made in small batches by fermenting maple syrup to the vinegar stage making a far more authentic and superior product.
     With an acidity of 4.75%, and an average brix of 13, this vinegar balances sweetness and acidity for an exclusive hand-made product.
